Chinese developer buying Miami Beach lot

Several Chinese developers have been active in buying land in the United States with the purpose of development of these sites. Miami has seen several Chinese developers who have acquired lots over the last few years. Swire, a Hong Kong developer, has been very active for many years and is now building Brickell City Center.  China City Construction is another developer that has acquired land close to Brickell City Center.

Miami agents are also increasingly looking at Chinese buyers as a new group of investors (besides the typical buyers coming from Latin America).
