We can hear many stories about Chinese investors who are shopping homes in the US. And real estate agents in the US have been more and more aware of the importance of Chinese buyers, who are now the largest group of foreign buyers in the US. While agents are working diligently, there're some typical mistakes that we always see agents make, and we highlight four common mistakes here: 1. Setting up a conference call with overseas Chinese buyers at 3pm EST without consideration of time difference; 2. Sending dozens of listings to overseas Chinese buyers without enough consideration of the specific needs of the client; 3. Telling the buyer to buy now or lose out forever, but Chinese buyers usually don't buy until visiting the US and viewing the properties.
