Real estate event with American Chamber of Commerce

On October 16 2016. East-West Property organized an overseas real estate seminar in Hong Kong in cooperation with the American Chamber of Commerce. More than forty investors attended this event and learned from the guest speakers.  Sam Van Horebeek, Director in East-West Property, gave a comprehensive overview of the US real estate market, trends and insights around potential investment returns. In more specific, he explained which US locations see most interest from overseas investors, which returns investors often realize and the risks involved.  The audience also asked questions around tax and financing in the US.
