Over the last five years, American real estate agents have been dealing with international buyers, with many coming from China.  Chinese buyers have become the top group of international buyers in the US.  Chinese have been purchasing real estate across different cities in the US. Initially, Chinese buyers were focused on California and New York but recently, they have been acquiring real estate across many other cities such as Boston, Chicago, Houston, Philadelphia and other cities.
