Chinese are (again) top foreign buyer of US real estate

Chinese are the top foreign buyers of US real estate... again.  As in the last few years, Chinese buyers have been the Nr 1 foreign buyers of homes in the USA. This is based on the 2020 report of the National Association of Realtors.

The total value of the real estate transactions over the last 12 months was US$ 11.5 billion.  This was less than the year before when the amount of real estate purchased by Chinese was US$ 13.4 billion.
