Chinese are eager to travel again - a boom in real estate coming?

China has announced this week that it will eliminate all quarantine requirements for international arrivals. The result was a massive surge of searches on Chinese travel websites for trips to other countries - with the US expected to be a popular destination.  Furthermore, the strict coronavirus guidelines over the last 3 years has created a lot of anxiety among rich Chinese. These rich Chinese are now looking at options to get another passport, relocate and move their assets overseas.  Buying a house in the USA is one of their main interests. Purchasing an American home has always been a major dream for every Chinese citizen and it is now widely believed that, due to the way the Chinese government has handled the situation in China, this interest has exponentially grown.
