Chinese purchased $4.56 billion in industrial real estate in 2018

Foreign investors purchased $14.4 billion worth of industrial real estate in the US in 2018. This is an increase of 152% year-over-year.  Chinese were the second-largest group of foreign buyers with $4.56 billion of investments. The top markets for the foreign buyers were Los Angeles, Dallas/Fort Worth and Chicago.
