Geopolitical conflicts, supply chain challenges, inflationary trends,... are putting significant pressure on investors all across the world. As a result, these investors are looking for safe havens and it turns out that the US real estate market is again considered to be a safe investment. Cross-border real estate investment into the US has been increasing. A survey by the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE) reported that 76 percent of respondents has planned a net increase in U.S. investments during 2022.
