Number of Chinese millionaires to double by 2026

China has current 6.2 millionaires, and that is 1 million more than in 2020.  The expectation is that China will have more than 12 million millionaires by 2026.  China has a huge populations and entrepreneurs continue to find lucrative opportunities to serve this country of more than 1.4 billion people.

Most of these millionaires are looking to buy real estate - they will especially buy real estate in America.  The main reason is that many rich Chinese are getting increasingly concerned about the way the Chinese government is handling the overall situation in China.  The economy in China has been suffering severely while most other countries in the world have seen improvement in their economic conditions.  Wealthy Chinese are also concerned about the policies that have been set out by the government in Beijing.
