Why more Chinese are buying homes in Hawaii

Many Chinese buyers are looking at different states in the US to purchase a home. It is well-known that Chinese investors are often looking at condos in New York, or houses in California.  Over the last decade, a lot of Chinese have been purchasing all types of real estate in thoee states. Now, it seems that they have finally found the state of Hawaii.  A beautiful place with direct flights from Shanghai and Beijing, it is probably not a surprise that it was just a matter of time before Chinese would be looking to buy a home here.  Read more details here.
